We are an organization that builds relationships in the community, the school system, and with families of the students attending our programs. Our mission is to assist in the development of the young minds and inspire greatness in the youth and teen community.

Our youth are our future and the Youth Matters Program is great program for all youth and teens to thrive and excel beyond the norms set by their environment. I've know Andy for over 20 years and the youth have a special place in his heart. As a community leader, youth development is so important and this organization embraces the journey.

Andy is an educator and organizer who believes in life's call to service and devotes most of his time giving back to his community, which is how the IIEC YOUTH AND TEEN INC. came about. Andy wants to inspire young minds and change not only how they view the world but their place in it. Andy reaffirms "it takes a village to raise a child" and that together we can have a tremendous impact on our children's success.

This organization has been a blessing to so many families throughout the community including my own. I am happy to be apart of the change in the community and the wonderful works that are being done. The Youth Matters Program is a great outlet for youth and teens and I encourage others to learn more about the exciting things Andy is putting together for Western North Carolina and beyond.

When it comes to Andy and the organization IIEC YOUTH AND TEEN INC., I'm reminded of this quote by Robert F. Smith, "Use your skills, your knowledge, your instincts to serve the world - to go change the world in the way that only you can." Andy has demonstrated that in his vision action plans and strategies for the sake of change when serving young ones of our community.

IIEC YOUTH AND TEEN INC. has impacted so many lives with the Youth Matters Program. I am happy to be a part of the culture shift that is sweeping through South Carolina and North Carolina. The IIEC YOUTH AND TEEN INC's Youth Matters Program along with the Mentors Matter initative has really impacted communities from the Upstate of South Carolina to Western North Carolina and beyond. I am honored and privilege to be a part of this organization and to see the wonderful work being done in the different community in both North and South Carolina.
